Terms and payment schedule

A deposit of $100 per person will hold your reservation for this event. If you opt for group air transportation, there is an additional deposit of $50 per person. These deposits are refundable until the end of business January 5th, 2009. The balance of payment for the tour is due on July 3rd, 2009. Check payments should be sent to arrive at Northwest Travel on or before that date. Credit card payments will be charged automatically beginning July 3rd and running through July 8th, 2009.

Package Prices:

Three night program runs from Thursday, October 1st to Sunday, October 4th, 2009

Prices are per person, based on occupancy chosen…Triple and Quadruple accomodations are based on adults sharing one room with a maximum of 2 beds. Children stay free at this howl when occupying the room with one or more parents. Child package prices cover the costs of peripheral events and transportation. Child rates are added to either single or double occupancy.

Three night program Single $1129 Double $765 Triple $635 Quad $585 Child $345

For two night program, deduct $264 for single, $131 per person for double, $99 per person for triple, $83 per person for quadruple occupancy.

For a fourth night on the program, add $275 for single, $138 per person for double, $105 per person for triple, and $89 per person for quadruple occupancy.

Early booking provides you with a better selection of air schedules, assigned priority for the train, priority for booking optional tours, room upgrade availability. Availability is limited for this event.
